Sveg is the place to which many people pass but far from all visits. If you are heading to the mountains around Dalarna and Jämtland it’s a great probability that one travels through Sveg. For those of you who are not traveling by car on your way through Sweden, it is fine to take Inlandsbanan to Sveg. You can also get here by both plane and bus from Stockholm.

It’s easy to get around either by car, bicycle and by foot in Sveg district, when nature offers a multitude of forest roads. From the large intersection by the wooden bear in Sveg you can go straight to Lofsdalen, Vemdalen and Funäsdalen.
